Porsche 968
You are looking at a stunning “Guards Red” Porsche 968 first registered on the 29/05/1993

This is the Rare 6 speed manual UK Version with the 3.0 4-cylinder engine, producing 240 BHP and reported 0-60 mph in 6.1 seconds!

The previous owner has owned the vehicle since September 2017 and the owner before that had the vehicle for over 10 years.  It has been very well maintained in this time, having recently had the instrument binnacle sent away to be refurbished. It also had a new passenger side door handle fitted last week.

It has nearly always been garaged its entire life and this really shows in the lovely condition it sits in today.

It has 23 stamps in the service book mainly Porsche or Porsche specialists, The service book reads as follows:

15/10/1993 – 202 miles – Parkwood Porsche Dealer

September 2017 – Extensive service carried out with all new belts

Optional Extra’s fitted from new:
418 – Protective side mouldings
567 – Windshield green graduated tint
650 – Sunroof
C16 – UK LUX spec: tinted windows, metallic paint, and a few other goodies

The body is in excellent shape with only very few age-related marks, The Continental tyres have plenty of tread left in them.

At the last big service in September 2017 at Goss Hill Porsche Specialists, The Cam belt was replaced with tensioners and idlers, Drive belt, New front pads and Discs, Brake fluid was flushed, Rear wheel bearing, Fuel filter, Front ABS Sensors, Rear speed sensor, Air filter and Oil change. This was quite a substantial bill.

Since then it has had a oil change in September 2018 when the New MOT was put on it. Again, no advisories.

The car has been MOT’d, every year for the past 12 years and has passed every single year without a fail and only 1 advisory that whole time! Beat that.

It has a current MOT valid until 14th September 2019. It currently has a cherished plate on the vehicle which is not included in the sale. This will be removed before the vehicle is sold and it will revert to its original age related registration.

It comes with the original car mats (not pictured) and a Tonneau cover and the sunroof bag.

Early 90’s Porsches are really proving a very good investment as the prices have been steadily rising over the last few years, seeing some of the Club sports retailing for over £35-40k for mint examples now really show where the prices of these cars are going.

Please see the website for a full walk around video of the exterior and interior of the car, including a video of the car running.
